This website has been developed in partial fulfillment of the Leadership Certificate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This artificate will be preserved as a capstone piece to the program, combining the information submitted and other experiences that have shaped my development at the University.

Jimmy V taught me the importance of understanding three things: where I've been, where I am now, and where I'm going. In efforts to reflect on my collegiate career and in partial completion of the Leadership Certificate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I have compiled my thoughts on these three topics. These sections will look at my strengths and weakness over the course of my tenure as well as explore the challenges that I soon will be facing.
